Pet Shop Shopping in the USA || First Time in Petco and PetSmart

Welcome to our WDW vlog series for 2023! It's a shopping in the USA vlog. When we returned from our tri we were due to pick up or golden retriever puppy, Marshall, so we planned to visit PetSmart and Petco whilst we were in Florida. So come join us as we find the weird and fabulous.

Good morning guys 🥰 awww how fab we’re pet shopping , love it 😍 The joy & love in your voices when you mention Marshall’s name ( even before you got him ) is just gorgeous!!!! 🥰🥰 And omg, I thought our U.K. pet shops had variety but of course the USA is going to be on another level 🤩❤️ wow! It did amaze us the range of animals available. Usually there are specialist shops.

Hiya 🤗 You could spend a fortune in those stores - so much stuff for pets! I think it’s kind of a good thing we don’t do it like that in this country (apart from the cages) cause everyone would be poor and their pets would be living their best lives 😝 I was covering my eyes as I did not want to see any spiders 🙈 but like you I’d also be alarmed that I couldn’t see it in there 🫣 I hope you have a lovely weekend and Marshall is ok, bless him. I’m just having a chilled one, feeling super tired this week, like most I’m sure 🩷 xxx

Do they offer BarkBox in the UK? It’s a subscription box that you can personalize. Comes with treats and toys every month. I love it!

Hi Michael - they dont deliver to the UK, however there are similar services available. The challenge we have is that he's growing so quick that the size of toys and types of treats are changing so frequently than any subscription might get out of date quickly. He's 21KGs right now...

Awww, how lovely you went shopping for Marshall in Florida. He's a lucky pupper to be have dads like you ❤️ I was going to suggest Target for toys as the squeakers are really good, but maybe not 😂 i bought Rosebud some when we were there in October and they are still going strong. I think the squeaking is quite cute, to be honest 😍

@@davebareham1075 Not unpopular opinion at all Dave. Totally hear what you’re saying - and it’s something we’re well aware of. However we would say that we’ve always been to some random stores and done US shopping vlogs as part of a trip so it was inevitable that we would do a pet shop one on this one given that we were getting Marshall. Our lives have now very much changed as we are dog owners and that will be reflected in content going forward. It was the natural point at which to add this vlog as part of our WDW series - plus it was a shorter and easier one to edit and get ready over Christmas - at least compared to the Epcot, MK and our dining ones that we have coming up. Life has been busy and we’re time poor at the moment ( for many reasons) so we’re trying to fit in the WDW vlogs where we can right now. We never expected there to be such long gaps between each episode. We’re very aware that we will most likely lose some subs as our content goes through a transition period as our circumstances change. Pragmatically, we can’t control that and this has always been a hobby for us. We’re grateful that anyone watches anything we put out and have never taken it for granted. Disney trips won’t be as frequent in the short term and if that should result in less subs or views, then we’re okay with that as we understand that people’s spare time is precious and there is so much great content out there so they should watch what is of interest to them. If this all ends tomorrow then we’ve had good run and enjoyed it so very much and grateful for every single view people have given us. That’s said, we hope we still have a few more vlogs in us yet! Really appreciate your honest feedback! 👍🏻
