It's the fishing mastery cape, you need to get to level 99 (MAX)

You do not need Account Manager. All you need is Multiple Instances. Download a new one from the web. Maybe restart PC after that.

True about gifts, nerfed to the ground. Macro works if you have an older version. You can run Millionaire Race and stop at Coins Books VII (Once a day and luck dependant). Gifts you can run till nerf starts to show. You can now try woodcutting (but gifts are going down too). And ofc there are always events.
