I'm so old that I was around when Pet Sounds was first released. I bought the album, took it home, put it on the turntable and couldn't believe what I was hearing. It does my heart good to see a new generation honoring this music having studied it and learned its complexities and keeping this awesome music alive and relevant. Bravo. Brian set out to write and produce the greatest rock/pop album ever. I think it can be argued that he actually did.

It just needs passion, enthusiasm, emotion and love for what you're doing. I don't know anything better kids could do than playing music together. I'm sure he'd love it.

These guys are so amazing. I have worked as a personal protection agent for multiple celebrity musicians including Paul McCartney, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Allison Kraus and others and I have heard a lot of wonderful music straight from the artists and these kids are going to be great someday. It's great seeing and hearing such young people digging the Beach Boys to this extent. They certainly did a great job covering these beautiful Brian Wilson masterpieces .
