Sky News host Peta Credlin explains the 26-page Uluru Statement from the Heart, the Voice to Parliament’s Yes campaign does not want Australians to see.
“Now I suspect the PM has never actually read it - after all, Bill Shorten was the Labor leader at the time the Uluru Statement from the Heart was made,” Ms Credlin said.
“But whether he’s read it or not doesn’t matter, because that’s Albanese has committed to implement in full, that’s what Albanese has committed to, in full.
“In politics, it’s not the conspiracy that gets you, it’s the cover-up, and there’s been one almighty cover-up here from the top of the government right to the Prime Minister, and down to sections of the media, to let you think that the Uluru Statement is just a benign little one-pager.
“It’s not … All Australians need to read and understand the full Uluru Statement before the vote.”

I don’t know anything really about Australia or her politics and happenings but just naming legislation/public policy or whatever “the voice” or “statement from the heart” is a huge red flag from the get. I just looked up more about this and for the first two pages it’s all pro statement stuff. Finally I found a link that says “aboriginals who oppose the uluru statement etc” It’s a Sydney sentinel article from July 2022 but when you click on it it takes you to a hair weave extension website 😂 Can’t find a full copy of this “statement” anywhere. Just the emotional warfare cover sheet

Absolutely correct! No politician or group of them should be allowed to do so. And as I see this 'voice' rubbish, it's ALL been arranged by Albanese and his cohorts to enable them to do what they want with the only document protecting our rights and freedoms. Must NOT BE ALLOWED!

We need to put a stop to all the money wasting, referendum, renewable energy, etc, etc. The whole world is insane and we are going to be insolvent as a nation. Facts matter, decisions need to be made based on facts not how someone feels, if we don't put a stop to this, we are done for, people are worried about climate when our strongest ally is being run by puppet masters, fielding a geriatric president who is seriously compromised.

This entire debacle is being shown to in fact constitute a very real and dangerous threat to our Australian rights, freedoms and way of life. There's obviously MUCH more to Albanese's agenda than simply 'helping the aborigines', as what he's deceptively pushing on us is in fact working AGAINST the Constitutional rights and freedoms of ALL Australians! This is NOT how a democracy is run or managed - sounds more like the communist manifesto planned by Marx and Engels in the 1800's. Please wake up, Australia, (and especially Victorians at this point) before it's too late. If the voice is voted in you won't be able to reverse that decision and the protection of our rights freedoms guaranteed to us under our present Constitution will begin eroding - and our government will eventually deteriorate into a Socialist dictatorship. This is NOT some 'fear mongering' as they're trying to make out, either - it's happened in other countries under very similar plans - don't let it happen here! If our Constitution is changed we won't be able to reverse that change, which the people involved VERY well know.

ULURU STATEMENT FROM THE HEART: "... a Treaty could include a proper say in decision-making, the establishment of a truth commission, reparations, a financial settlement (such as seeking a percentage of GDP), the resolution of land, water and resources issues, recognition of authority and customary law, and guarantees of respect for the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. In relation to enforcement, the issues raised were about the legal force the Treaty should have, and particularly whether it should be backed by legislation or given constitutional force." If enforced, lawyers would have fun with something like that declaration -- there's enough room to drive a freight train through the gates. People would not know what hit them.

Having been through Apartheid in South Africa this Voice is like de ja vu for us. Even though Apartheid was a segregationist system enshrined in law in South Africa, even they were not so radical as to enshrine it in the Constitution. I came to Australia to get away from the hatred, division and violence that segregationist policies produce. The Voice is nothing more than Australian Apartheid marketed as a feel good action which will not benefit Aboriginals in any way, shape or form. The real reason for The Voice is so that the Labour Party and Greens can easily hand over Australias sovereignty to the WEF and UNELECTED foreign bureaucrats, because they only have a few Aboriginals to contend with to make that happen. Australia has already signed off to hand over Australia's sovereignty to the WHO for the next plandemic and they are well down the track of developing a digital currency which they can switch off and/or devalue if you dont comply with their agenda and likewise they can inflate or increase the value of their own corrupt currencies gained through money laundering through NGO's of their choice. Vote no to Australian Apartheid. It will tear our country apart and the biggest losers will be the Aboriginals themselves.

If we the people of the Commonwealth of Australia 🇦🇺🤓, When the Marxist theory back in 1880s, Russian Tsar gave Amnesty for the Jews of Russia to return, in 1915, and by 1917 revolution, Marxism change it's name, to suit it's agenda. Communist represent comrades, then it changed it's name to socialist= social citizen. Then of to another country using the new name. History repeats itself with new names depending on the country it's in. Here in the Commonwealth of Australia 🇦🇺. It's about a new word = the voice and the statement, Uluru statement of the heart, this is nothing but a way of destroying the democratic government of a country, doesn't matter what government, it's still Marxism, communist/socialist tactics and strategies for the ideology of slavery. Look into other countries where this ideology has been implemented and how the outcome has been, not pretty, only destruction of that nation. I'll fight this ideological point of view, I'm over 50 and I've been educated so I know the truth. I also understand I'll be one of the first in my community to be targeted by the new regime, for stating the truth.🤓 Long live my homeland the Commonwealth of Australia 🇦🇺🌏. Prime Minister Andrew Fisher back in the 1920s tried it first, and every labour government ever since has tried to bring the Commonwealth of Australia 🇦🇺🌏 down into this ideological format. Vote "NO" in this referendum.

As if anyone who reaffirms their commitment to implement a document *in full* would be referring to only one page. They obviously have in mind a much longer document.

Draft Legal Argument based on 'Estopple': If the vote results in almost an equal division, with the "Yes" side winning by a narrow margin, this outcome is commonly referred to as a divisive outcome. In such cases, it may be necessary to escalate the matter to the High Court in order to address concerns regarding the impartiality of the Makarrata Commission. It is crucial to raise these concerns because the Commission's perceived self-serving interests prevent it from being seen as an independent party in this particular case. Unlike many other nations, our history dates back to our origins as a convict colony under the rule of the British Empire. It is important to recognize that the people from the tribal nations of Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, who were later enslaved, and their descendants have a legitimate claim to reject the label of 'invaders'. Our situation is unlike any found in international law, making it truly unique. Draft Legal Argument based on Estoppel Your Honour, I appear before this court today to present an argument grounded in the principle of Estoppel, using Australian English. Our argument pertains to the case of Australia, where non-indigenous individuals who were forcefully brought to the country as enslaved convicts have, through their descendants, defended the ancestral lands of the indigenous population against foreign invasion during World War Two. We contend that this action should not be seen as an act of colonisation, but rather as a necessary measure for the self-preservation of all who share this land, including indigenous communities. First and foremost, it is crucial to acknowledge that defending a territory from a foreign power does not automatically grant legitimate ownership or control over ancestral lands. We respect and recognize the sovereignty of the indigenous people, acknowledging that their connection to the land predates the arrival of any other group. However, the defense of Australia during World War Two by the non-indigenous population, commonly referred to as ANZACs (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps), forms the basis of our argument. The principle of Estoppel is relevant in this case as it prevents an individual from asserting rights or claims contrary to their previous actions or statements when another party has reasonably relied on those actions or statements to their detriment. In the context of our argument, the ANZACs, as descendants of those who were forcibly brought to Australia, acted in good faith and selflessly defended the country, including the ancestral lands of the indigenous people, to protect the lives and well-being of all who call Australia home. It is also important to note the context of World War One and the fight against tyranny worldwide. If tyranny had not been defeated, it would have had severe implications for the indigenous populations, threatening their cultural heritage, ancestral lands, and overall well-being. By reflecting on the historical significance of World War One and subsequent fights against tyranny, we recognize the critical role it played in preserving and protecting the rights and welfare of indigenous peoples in Australia and around the world. The ANZACs did not invade Australia; they were the brothers and sisters of the indigenous people who, similar to their indigenous counterparts, were conquered by the British Empire during the Age of Empires. We also acknowledge that defending a territory does not automatically grant ownership, but it establishes a shared bond between the non-indigenous convicts and the indigenous communities. This bond arises from the mutual struggle against colonization and foreign invasion, ultimately paving the way for the establishment of a united Australian society. In light of the principle of Estoppel, it would be unjust to deny the ANZACs and their descendants the right to assert a claim over ancestral lands in union with the indigenous people. The actions of the ANZACs during World War Two were not driven by a desire to colonize or dispossess the indigenous communities, but rather to safeguard the common heritage and future of Australia. The defense of the land against external threats highlights a shared commitment to the preservation and protection of everything that this country represents. In conclusion, we contend that the principle of Estoppel supports the idea that the actions of the non-indigenous convicts and their descendants, particularly during World War Two, not only constitute an act of self-preservation but also create a shared bond with the indigenous communities. This bond, born out of mutual struggle against colonization, asserts a right to the latter-day ancestral lands that recognize and respect the ongoing connection of the indigenous people to their traditional territories. Your Honour, we implore the court to consider the principle of Estoppel and its application in this case, recognizing the unique circumstances of Australia's history and the collaborative defense of the land during World War Two. By acknowledging and affirming this shared commitment, we can work towards a more inclusive and harmonious Australia, where the rights of all its people, indigenous and non-indigenous, are duly respected. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Your Name] [Legal Counsel]
