Pretty cool that the #72 won the big race since it was Junior Hanley’s # for many years. What a racing legend Junior Hanley was during his racing career & not only is Junior Hanley one of the best racers in Canada but in America as well & has beat the elite Nascar Cup Series drivers as well & hall of famers like Mark Martin looked up to Junior Hanley & respect him big time. The list is long with what #72 Junior Hanley has achieved & has beat the best 🏁

Not only that, there's Ed himself, re- purposing one of his hundreds of old trophies, and chewing gum as he always did. Interesting note, the reason it's a "144" lap race was, it's Jr's car number times two! Too bad they didn't interview him, post race.
