@@jahm24 An Oxford can be a Brouge and a Brouge can be an Oxfrord. Brouging is a decorative pattern of holes that goes on the Vamp of the shoe. Some Oxfords are made without the Brouging. And Brouging can be done on other shoe types. Oxford with Brouging are a bit more expensive since there is more work put into making them. The line is a flex about having enough money to afford the Brouged shoes.
