With the example of WW2 many people sheltered Jews or took in people who needed help. But it does mean stop fanning the flames of hysteria on social media, spreading conspiracy theories and emotionally reacting to the barbs that are designed to get a rise out of us. In other words, expend your energy on creating positive alternatives and changes, not being reactionary, wherever possible.
