This was a brief set at a free show as part of the First Canadian Place's Summer Soundbites sessions in downtown Toronto's financial district. The original location was to be outside but apparently was moved indoors. Too bad as the stage area outside is pretty cool. Regardless, a great set.

I can't believe Pete Murray came to Canada and I didn't hear about it until now! Damn! I would of gone to Toronto to see him perform, been a fan for a couple of years since first hearing him on myspace! Cool!

This Canadian saw Pete Murray live in Mornington close to Melbourne, Victoria. Was a small hotel venue (500). But every single person sang along to that song at the top of their lungs. IT WAS ELECTRIFYING. Think of last concert of the Hip atmosphere. Canadians just haven’t been exposed to his music before. Give ‘em time.

When I spoke with Pete 2 nights before this show, he mentioned he was hoping to come back to Canada as early as January 2015 for another tour...keep an eye on his website for tour announcements!
