I have the feeling that someone will break their back in half after watching this video. Pete's point is that people normally worry about their technique too much and try to seek perfection. Doesn't mean that you shouldn't care about technique at all, specially if it's not safe. If you do round your back, make sure you START rounded, and brace your core hard.
