1985 u was 6 years old so the best of the Buzzcocks and Pete Shelley passed me by in terms of generational music. But i love his music and the Buzzcocks. I am from the re surface of the punk generation of the 1990's and it was all just brilliant music.

I was surprised that 'Waiting For Love' was not a huge hit for Pete. Some beautiful lines within ; Sometimes I understand more than I feel, It keeps me in command of what is real. I often wonder what I came here for, But I know it's something that I can't ignore. Pete was a fantastic lyricist.
