Geweldig...ja . Er is heel veel veranderd. Ik was ook DJ in Amsterdam, draaide daar ook in de Bardancing / Discotheek Toyshop..deze apparatuur hadden we nog niet. Gewoon Lenco draaitafels, 12 inch singels, 7 inch singels of verzamel elpees. Mooie tijden, maar ik zeg altijd, tijden veranderen. Tegenwoordig draait een DJ Digitaal , bv met een USB STICK of SSD HARDE SCHIJF. vroeger was er geen computer of nauwelijks..ja dat was in de jaren 80 , oftewel de beroemde Discotijd ... ja tijden veranderen, .maar ik volg je, en bekijk goed je opnames.

Wild shot, late 80's, i think, fast dance track, on the track, daughters at home, in the vocals, mum shouts up, "flossy what you doin' up there..? ". (moaning & groaning on track) I taped off radio, Pete tong session. That's all I got to go on. I have belief the Internet can return the name of track artist.... It was memorable for that line, "flossy what you doin' up there..? " and it was a storming fast rhythm. Help! 😊

I started DJ’in when I was 12! I started going out gigging and my dad used to drive me around with my equipment, I was dj’in in clubs at 16 and have been a resident at a local club now for 15 years. I’m now 44! Have also worked on 5 radio stations across Wales too. I know you asked Pete for advice but I just wanted to say that the best advice is to keep practising, try and get out and do gigs and don’t take no for an answer!
