I think the real reason Pete "retired" around this time is nobody was buying his albums anymore. Iron Man and Psychoderelict were complete commercial failures.

This is a great interview, and, considering he was asking questions written by other people, I think Steve did a truly excellent job, and brought out some great new thoughts from Pete. Well done!!
