interesting, but I would recommend checking out dr. BJ Bigg's Model of behavior and his Tiny Habits. (I am not getting any kickback, I promise).

Be carefull. •This is the return to naiv behaviorism in new clothes. Wau Wau. •"Actions" can be triggered by habits but also by other factors. •I propose to return to school and study the work of Husserl, Graumann and others. •Experiments are no sign of science. Greetings from Harvard. •And the help of Neuro-something is no good idea. It's more hypped faith from gurus than serious science.
