I love what a genuine lovely couple these pair are! I watched the episode where Pete went abroad to see the hospitals in a deprived country with Emily’s dad , a doctor and it was for a tv show or fundraising and Emily and her mum were there too but you could see even though Emily was a teenager that she was into Pete but he was older and famous and he probably saw her as a young fan but they got on so very well together and Pete became close with her family and as she got older their friendship grew and I think Emily was in University when they finally admitted to eachother they were both wanting more than just friends. I imagine Pete was concerned how her Father and mother would take it with the age gap but you only have to look at them together to see how they adore eachother and just work as a couple! I’m not a major groupie fan but I do love this couple as a celebrity couple and think their relationship is an inspiration for so many other young people growing up! And I love that just because Peter is a celeb with money, Emily never stopped her dream of being a doctor and she works hard as she would have if she’d married anyone , so good on her for that! I love her she’s so elegant and chic! So very beautiful and an awesome couple of parents!❤

This is very lovely but its clear the love he had for Katie was raw, soul mate, unfiltered, once in a lifetime the "ONE" but sometimes that kind of love is toxic and you settle for a life partner.
