We were lucky enough to have the legendary Peter Erskine at the shop for a fantastic clinic. Shown here are a couple of highlights: first a track from his playalong app, and second his closing solo for the evening.

At one point I would have had the same reaction as the girl-much preferred the flashiness of Dennis Chambers. Nowadays, Peter may be the single most influential drummer/musician I've ever heard in my life. If only I could extract some of his DNA and transfer it to my body.

I grew up playing, mostly, that style of music and it bores me too.
