Peter crying on : I wish i said i love you just get me tears every time...we know the story, we know the pain...this is more than squeletons of a song...this is blood running on the stage and tears dripping from the soul

Yes, I agree, this is a painfully heavy version of this song, and so personal, together with his latest CDs.....pause.....sigh.....get myself together.... There is something with this song, whatever version: When YOU sing this song (however "good" singer you are) follow that tune together with this words you INEVITABLY travel to places seemingly dominated by pain. and fear. And when the sea of tears is deep enough, you'll find that you can float on salty waters. Thanks Peter. Thanks ElCinghio.

Unbelievable. I'd always known this song held some deep resonance, came from a deep well... The intensity... that's what PJAH has above all.

THAT is gonna live with me a very long time. PH always was the bravest guy I ever heard of in music and it seems nothing has changed. Amazing stuff!

@InuitAldebaran I couldn't be more agree with you. It was a absolutely spine tingling version, absolutely bones freezing. You can touch the emotional side of the artist who have to be distant -and not completely involved- during the performance as a professionist but.....sometimes old wounds rise up and torn away that dress...leaving on stage a naked and suffering human being.

Unbelievable song about suicide I don't know how he could even perfom this ? I would cry every second. This is the most saddest song ever written.

@Davemills99 Probably because you don't undestand. And I have no intention to try to explain you why. Just try by yourself. I find very simple to understand why this version is so moving. Maybe you have to dig into your soul with more strenght

Dave, From what I understand Peter has never wanted the fact that the song is about his brother's suicide to be public knowledge. You might consider deleting the above comment (and letting me know, so that I can then delete this)?
