I'll go out on a limb and say this is a Kenneth Anger film but not 'Puce Moment'. Great upload though and IMO 'Amphetamine' beats 'I Am A Hermit'.

at least it starts out looking like _puce moment_ by kenneth anger, but it's not. then it looks a bit like the one with cameron & anaïs nin, _eaux d'artifice_, i think, but it's not that either. then it looks like it might have been made by steven arnold. then i think it's a copy of them all. then i give up.

it is Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome as trance23 said :) There are parts of Puce Moment layered into some releases, as i recall reading, so you likely are seeing something from that and weren't that far off-track cool video and great song... I hope that boxed set comes out eventually..
