I saw Peter Moon in concert many years ago at the Crown Room Naniloa Hotel in Hilo and his guitar string broke in the middle of the sing...he changed the string right there and then and went right back to playing his solo. It was amazing. I'm fortunate today to be playing with Randy Lorenzo in a band on the Big Island.

Peter Moon, we lost a master. I was so saddened to learn he was in a care home for a decade or so - just disappeared. Aloha no. Rest In Peace bro. You gave us Hawaiians so much joy thru your music.
