With Peter Obi jumping here and there giving gifts and commissioning projects I think the country Nigeria now has two Presidents, President Tinubu and President Peter Obi. Definitely this should not be the way for the ruling and opposition party supposed to act. The time for competition and campaigning is during elections. Opposition is not distraction and whatever Peter Obi is expecting to come from the Northern of the country will be a shock as he has not learnt a lesson. He would have been the Presidential candidate of the PDP since he was the VP candidate in 2019, the presidential candidate made that impossible as he insisted on being the PDP candidate again. That same person has already indicated that he will be running again in 2027, and knowing the political trend in the North, Peter Obi might just be wasting his resources and time in the north instead getting his party in order. If he thinks that the 2027 elections the way he is operating will be far better than what Nigerians saw in 2023 he better think twice. As I have commented previously, he should not let himself be seen as competing with the ruling party now. He needs to work with all elected parties in the Labor Party to make some impact in their respective areas as the Governor of Abia is doing. Political parties do not make a difference with just an individual alone but as a productive unified organization. Right now all Nigerians see is Peter Obi with a party struggling within itself.
