what an incredible video!!! I'll leave you here what the Tinkerbell video is about in case you don't know. HISTORY: Fairies have been dying at an alarming rate in Neverland, as time goes by and the human world evolves, more and more children simply don't believe in fairies anymore. And we all know that the moment that happens, a fairy is lost. Tinkerbell and his friends watch as their loved ones disappear one after another, their numbers dwindle and hope has long faded. Loss is something we all have to go through, but when it becomes an almost weekly occurrence, Tinkerbell knows something must be done. She begins her investigation, trying to understand the connection between humans and fairies. Maybe there was a way to cut the connection? Allow fairies to exist independently of human beliefs, but that would be impossible. A fairy is born from the first laugh of a newborn human baby, the bond between humans and fairies is directly linked to their existence. Tinkerbell tries many different theories to try to allow fairies to live free from human influence, but always comes up blank. And as the weeks and months pass, Tinkerbell's resentment toward the human race grows and grows. Fairies, full of magic, wonders and power, at the mercy of simple, insignificant and ungrateful children. It's just not fair. Until one fateful day, Tinkerbell comes up with one last theory... If a fairy is born from the laughter of a newborn, then maybe, just maybe, it is the child himself that causes her eventual death. If Tink could make sure that the child connected to her never lost faith, that the children connected to her friends never lost faith, then she could at least keep herself and her loved ones alive. And so, on her next trip to the continent, Tinkerbell convinces her friends to follow her plan, find these children, take them from their homes, and raise them in Neverland. And so they were gone, flying over the continent and clinging to this last ray of hope. They searched for hours with no luck, everything seemed lost, how could they know which one was their son? That was until Tink felt an inexplicable pull toward a window. And inside the window lay a child, no more than a few years old, and she knew they had done it. Tinkerbell had found Peter Pan. Her friends, with a new wave of hope, find her human in the next few hours. Stolen from their cradles, they were taken to the land of fairies, to ensure that they never stopped believing in fairies and never grew up. Everything was going well, Tink and his friends were safe, until strangers came to Neverland and put everything she had worked so hard to protect at risk. Wendy, with her stories of home and family, whispering in the ears of the lost children, in Peter's ear. What if they decided to go back to her? What if they decided to grow? It was something Tink simply couldn't allow, and so, to protect her and her friends, she would watch Wendy fall. haha medium long sorry but it's better to explain

It makes perfect sense too. Fairies, by their own nature, are very protective and possessive of "what is theirs". ("What is theirs", in this case, would be the Lost Boys and Peter. [ Lost Girl/s if a girl is ever found to be the "parent" of a fairy.]) When Wendy "threatened" to take away the Lost Boys and Peter, people that were directly responsible for keeping them alive, something had to be done. The threat had to be removed.

Tinkerbell no está enamorada de Peter,Wendy no mato a nadie,la canción trata sobre como nacen las hadas "por la primera risa de un bebé" tal vez por su inocencia y pureza,y cuando estos crecen la van perdiendo,por lo que el hada muere,y como vimos ni Tinkerbell ni Fon encontraron una forma de evitar la muerte,por eso Fon muere,y el hada del agua,la única manera de no morir es llevando a esos niños a el Neverland donde nunca crecerán,como lo hicieron con esos niños y Peter pan,quien aquí fue el bebé que con su risa le dio vida a Tinkerbell,por eso vimos como ella lo lleva con ella,aquí ella odia a Wendy porque si peter se enamora y se va con ella a Londres junto con sus hermanos terminaria matando a todas,por eso al final los retienen y ala unica que dejan caer es a Wendy.❤

It’s crazy how much more is in this one song. It’s stated in the first Tinkerbell movie that fairies are born from a babies forest laugh, and in Peter Pan 2 we see that Carrie’s can be furry from not being believed in. The description expands this in by saying that a fairy dies when the child whose laugh created them stops believing in fairies. As someone else commented, humans used to go their whole lives believing in fairies so a fairies lifespan would be similar to a humans originally. But in the modern era people stop believing in fairies at younger and younger she’s so fairy death would feel like an epidemic in pixie hollow-imagine your entire races life expectancy dropping from 70 years to 7 - leading Tinkerbell and friends to kidnap the children whose laugh created them to protect their own lives. The lost boys and Peter are the children whose laughs created Tinkerbell and her friends, and on Neverland these children would both never stop believing in fairies and also never grow up, making Tinkerbell and friends effectively immortal as long as the children stay there, so Wendy with her stories of mothers and home inspiring them to leave Neverland is a threat to Tink and her friends, even though Wendy herself is totally innocent. Kidnapping is also very common in old fae lore as well as killing trespassers

This design of Captain Hook makes him look like how he's described in the Peter and the Star Catchers books. Fun fact: For those who don't know in the books. Before he was Captain Hook, he was the Black Stash.
