There was nothing honestly offensive about the original scene people need to get over it

They’re always complaining about things being offensive about it when really nobody has been complaining about it. They did the same thing with splash Mountain. This is why people are mad with Disney.

I just subscribed to your channel a couple of days ago. ❤ I've been loving your content. Yeah, I heard about this update and I was pretty shocked because it didn’t seem like anybody was complaining about it or was even offended. This whole new update just seems like corporate going around changing things that didn’t need to be changed and weren’t even offending people. When I look at that old scene before the update, I never even noticed it until now, so I don’t get why Disney felt it was necessary. Honestly, I don’t think anybody was offended by that earlier depiction of the Indians, and I’ve also heard from actual Native Americans that now they’re offended at Disney for altering their culture into something that’s not even true or authentic. Tiger Lily doesn’t even look the same compared to how she looks in the movie, which is a little off-putting too. So I don’t know, but that’s just what I’ve been hearing and seeing from people about this new update. Keep up the great work; I love your videos. 🎥 👍🏻

I am sure more things will be deemed insensitive throughout the parks and will be removed or changed. The new scene does not look anything like the movie. Thanks so much for subing to the channel!

Great video Steve. Thanks for showing us what they’ve done. I saw this coming. It’s such baloney. They’re worried about offending people, but their DAS approval process just turned down a young lady who was breathing through a tube. I think it’s just patting themselves on the back for being progressive while not addressing the issues that directly affect their guests. To me this was money wasted and I would be interested what native Americans actually think about it or if they even care. What I’ve noticed is that sometimes people think they are helping others when in fact, the people they think they’re helping, don’t even care. I don’t know if that’s the case here or not because I haven’t seen anyone complain about it ever.

In this current time everyone is soooo sensitive. I agree, would love to see if Natives were genuinely offended.

Would rather see Tigerlilly developed into a new IP and her people given a ride, instead of replacing history. "Our Stories Matter" seems to be a popular phrase. We are losing ours. That was a snapshot in history for all involved. No one complained so who are the small number of people making thess cultural choices for all? Why is no one demanding Elmer Fudd be updated? Popeye? Bluto? 🍻

As they said with Splash Mountain It was "A necessary downgrade"

“Of Bad”? You made a spelling error. You to say and type “is it good or bad”. Now here’s the answer, the update bad and a failure according to the sunk stock. That’s not an opinion.

My ancestors were native americans. I do not think this was necessary at all. The old scene was not a stereotype it was an accurate depiction I don't get why Disney thinks history and culture is offensive smh.
