These are game versions but for the comics Miles beat Peter in their first encounter Miles stalemated Peter in his clone saga(it didn’t last too long). Miles’ clone beats up Peter, a clone Miles held his own with twice Miles stalemated Ben in a suit that Peter got slapped and couldn’t hurt Ben Reilly in Miles beats Venom(flash) easily in CW2, same venom stomped Peter when he was rich and had special tech for venom. Miles is definitely capable of beating Peter, his game version has waaaaay better feats than game Peter he just isn’t as experienced

In fact, Peter is quite faster. Guy spent years web-swinging and running around, nourishing his strength and improving his physique. Besides, Spider-Man can run with speed that breaks the sound barrier, I believe. The venom dash isn't even a canon ability and even tho, it won't help him in a fight against Peter since it's just a 'dash' and kinda short-ranged, Peter can detect that with his sense. Peter's Spider-Sense in fact is capable of handling both of Miles' extra powers. (He just holds back.)

Peter was labeled to have the most sensitive Spider-Sense than other Spider-Men Peter has also been confirmed that his Super Strength is Superior to other Spider-Men the only difference is that Peter sometimes subconsciously and sometimes consciously holds back way too much strength. This is actually pretty accurate, both game wise and comic wise. Miles definitely has more abilities, but Peter is like the stronger base form. He is smarter too like Peter is at least top 20 smartest. Battle IQ is a thing too. Miles, most of the time, just goes for it and hopes for the best with his venom punch while when Peter faces a strong enemy, he strategizes and uses everything in his arsenal to stand on top. I think I once read that Peter was considered to be the greatest spider totem in the spiderverse and it's his destiny to be the greatest hero of all time (I'm not even exaggerating). So yeah, no one can replace the OG! But Miles definitely has his own gig...

Still I think Peter & Miles as a "same but different" Spider-mans are best character variations in MCU, much better than Iron man & war machine or Hulks for example.
