I sorely miss this great teacher. Dr.Gene Scott Ph. D. was so different from every pastor I had ever heard or saw, I thought he was weird, but I knew he was genuine. His teachings fortified me through a terrifying spiritual battle for my very soul at a time when I was most naive and vulnerable. I was in my late twenties, early thirties and a lot of what he said was way over my head. I was always stretching to try and understand what he was saying because I knew it was really important. And there I was, stuck on stupid, too dumb to understand more than half of what he was teaching. It took years for me to realize that it was all that stretching and reaching for understanding that pulled me up and out of the muck and mire that was threatening to end me. Dr. Scott' s combination of wit, wisdom, and weirdness made him the ultimate truthsayer in my life at the time I most desperately needed one. He led me to Jesus in a real way, and I miss him. Keep showing his teachings as much as you can. His voice is needed, especially now. God bless you, Pastor Melissa Scott

I remember a great study Doc did on taking the blood and wine a great teaching... Doc was a little wild but a GREAT person and teaching ...I miss his teaching

Forty years ago I first heard this message and to date no one has ever better explained the human frailties that all of us share with Peter. Dr. Scott truly was blessed by God and anointed to preach his word. Thank you Melissa for keeping the flame alive.

THANK YOU PASTOR MELISSA SCOTT IT'S GREAT THAT YOUR PLAYING YOUR LATE HUSBANDS SUNDAY SERVICE / BUT IT IS NICE THE WAY YOU HAD IT WITH YOU TEACHING ALSO ON SUNDAY SERVICE AND ON THE FESTIVAL / I CAN REMEMBER HEARING THIS SERVICE ON A UHF TV STATION BACK EAST THE STATION JUST HAD A SNOWY PICTURE WITH A STILL PICTURE OF DOC I COULD NOT SEE SPIT BUT I WOULD LISTEN INTENSELY AND IT PLAYED MANY TIMES ON KHOF FM / THANKS AGAIN PASTOR MELISSA
