Yeah I remember in class one time at PBI Dr Ruckman referred to this verse as a verse the Lord spoke to him about his “calling “ as a Bible teacher. Just spent the last 2- 3 hours listening to Dr. Ruckman. What an awesome opportunity. I respect and hold you, Dr. Ruckman of the highest esteem. I love KJV Bible Pastors, missionaries, teachers etc. That unfold the Word of God for people to learn from. ❤️ I commend you Dr. Ruckman for your vast study and knowledge of the KJV Bible and your exhortations for people to read, memorize, use, and know the Word. To study daily HIS Words. There is one student that went to PBI his name is Dr Gene Kim. He's got the same thinking pattern. Dr Ruckman was very proud of him. Great student of the Bible. Tells it like it is.

Unless they have changed them, most all of the Chick tracts Ive purchased from years ago would have the Lordship salvation message at the end of each book. I feel so bad about the news of Pete Junior and his boys. We need to pray for his family because Dr Ruckman was very good to all of us and taught us that we should pray. I thank God he did not know what happened. The devil couldn't get Dr Ruckman but he's surely got his family. That was a great family. It makes me sick to my stomach.

A couple of years ago I watched a chalk talk on KZbin and Dr. Ruckman told a story about praying for some thing very important and offered one of his children in exchange for the prayer to be answered. Last year I decided to Google Dr Ruckman to get more information on him and low and behold I read about his son. WOW. Moral of the story be very very careful!

Just curious, since paul new what's revealed in this, does that mean he knew about the pre trib rapture as well? Or is that yet to be revealed to him at this point in history. I have a lot yet to learn. Thank's be to God for your finding these to post brother, your work is appreciated. God bless!!

How is Wednesday night till Saturday night 3 nights ? I'm sorry but it's four nights surely. Says He rose on the third day! Doesn't say rose on fourth day. I really don't think he knows what he is on about half of the time.

Concerning minute 11:09 (Jesus in the heart of the earth three days and three nights), Ruckman erred following after the world in believing Jesus resurrection took place on Saturday eve … or Sunday, “early on the first [day] of the week” the word [day] in the KJV was added: So, what we have inspired is “early on the first of the week”. The question is ‘the first’ of what week? We know the passover takes place on the 14 day of the month of Abib; and the 14th day is the equivalent of pagan Friday. Therefore, Jesus died on the cross on a Friday! Three days and three days later does not land on a Saturday or a Sunday. But we know Jesus rose in the midst of the week (or middle of the seven days of unleavened bread), thus, Jesus rose from the grave on 17th day of the month of Abib, the modern equivalent of our pagan Monday, at even! Ruckman has the seven days of unleavened bread begin on the 12 day of the month goes against the mosaic law. We must remember the jews were not allowed to do any work during the seven days of unleavened bread. Thus, in order to stick to the time table, “early on the first” must represent the morrow day after the feast days! Now ask yourself what did Jesus and the risen saint do until the 21st day of the month?

I have people who ask me if I totality agree with Dr Ruckman. Because I went to PBI 1999-2000. I say that I agree with him 99%. They ask me with a smile, what is the 1%? I tell them I don't think Mullet is better than Steak.

Forshall published the only record of the original Wycliffe bible and it has Purveys rewrite in parallel. This is now back in print and is an opportunity to read the real wycliffe words. I think only 2 copies of that original Wycliffe wording survived.

As far as history that sounds great, and thank God for men who risked and even gave their life's to get God's words in the hands of the common man. But the other side is that in the KJV we now have the purified seven times words of God, kept and preserved for all generations. Psalms 12:6-7 (KJV) The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. Wycliffe may have been good, and historically interesting, and one of the steps in the purification of the English Bible, just as long as we remember that the kjv 1611 is the final product that just needed from that point on to clean up some printers errors and spelling changes.

​@@dfromwv I say this with charity.... You won't find one letter J in the 1611 Holy Bible... But you will find יהוה on the Top Center of the Title page. That's YAHWEH - יהוה. Jehovah” is generally held to have been the invention of Pope Leo X.’s confessor, Peter Galatin (“De Arcanis Catholicæ Veritatis,” 1518, folio xliii.), who was followed in the use of this hybrid form by Fagius (= Büchlein, 1504-49). Drusius (= Van der Driesche, 1550-1616) was the first to ascribe to Peter Galatin the use of “Jehovah,” and this view has been taken since his days (comp. Hastings, “Dict. Bible,” ii. 199, s.v. “God”; Gesenius-Buhl, “Handwörterb.” 1899, p. 311; see Drusius on the tetragrammaton in his “Critici Sacri, i. 2, col. 344). But it seems that even before Galatin the name “Jehovah” had been in common use (see Drusius, l.c. notes to col. 351). While I do believe we have FATHER'S PRESERVED WORDS in the AKJV ( Psalms 12:6-7 ) it would be silly to believe the names sound like they did in the original Hebrew Aramaicor Greek. They don't. They should ... ( Transliteration ). Psalms 68:4 that's YAH in Hebrew not JAH. The letter J did not exist in English until about 500 years ago. It never has in Hebrew Aramaic or Greek. David knew exactly who he was praising...YAH. Also see Proverbs 30:4 ( NAME...Father's and Son's ). IF you change the SOUND of a name so it is NO longer recognizable it's NO longer THE NAME. Acts 4:12. Our English language and spelling etc. was not even standardized at that time 1604 to 1611. This doesn't even take into account that the Jews themselves , hid ( Niqqud ) FATHER'S name 6848 times ( YHWH ) replacing it with titles such titles as Adonai, Elohim etc. so the reader would NOT say the NAME YAHWEH יהוה while reading aloud. Our translators read the vowel points as they were and not realizing that was only for the reader to pronounce Adonai, Elohim and not say Father's TRUE NAME YAHWEH יהוה. God, Lord, Iehovah, was used in the AKJV missing the TRUE Name YAHWEH יהוה entirely. Father's WORD says a promise to preserve his WORDS ... not Hebrew given names in an English Bible. In Ancient Hebrew ALL those given Names in Scripture are Preserved. I seek FATHER YAH ! and use his name.
