The only way to solve this is for USGOVT. to balance budget. Default on bonds.
@jimbobarooney28616 ай бұрын
Balance the budget means increase taxes and reduce spending, if you default on bonds, that's someone's pension screwed, also chances of issuing more debt and someone buying it, is slim, theres always a buyer but at much much higher rates. They won't default on debt and they probably won't implement austerity, so expect debasement

Wow! What a great video. you so well articulated. Monetary and Fiscal policies should work hand in hand to have a full effect, but we live in an era where government just doesn't care, it will spend and double-down and spend more and more.. it just doesn't care, and it would debilitate the monetary policy. The sad outcome will be likely BOTH the transition to a digital dollar CBDC that will give ultimate control to the government thus shrinking even more the independence of the central bank. At some point the central bank will have no actual meaning left. Honestly, it feels we're not too far from it already..... I would buy Bitcoin and buy hard assets like gold /silver as a store of value while also actively trading...The only wild card for us investors is to actively engage the market by trading, it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Tobias Hawke, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Hard assets such as real estate can deflate in certain parts of the country when they overbuilt and prices went too high, then the bottom dropped out of real estate in certain areas and many foreclosures happened. Some houses lost 60% of the value. The people that bought these homes at 60% decrease actually got a lot for their dollars.

Bitcoin has solved the reasons why gold ALWAYS FAILS as money and much more. A gold backed crypto is so stupid because the whole point of crypto is to get rid of the third party and the government. No Argentina-like inflation, as the dollar will not collapse. FED will be forced to raise interest, the US government will raise taxation, inflation of basic products will increase, middle class will collapse by rising rents, collapsing commercial real estate, rising mortgages..... So, in the end the rich will live in encircled cities (like MIAMI already; a beer costs 15 dollar) ) and the working poor (30-40% of population) will live in slums, with zero buying power. O, BEAUTIFUL FUTURE UNDER THE RULE OF BANKERS.

Peter check this out. I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran (Actually my VA rating reaches 180% but that's VA math) and after being in Iraq for 7 years when I came home I was basically forced to retire from my Federal Law Enforcement position which is a FERs Disability Pension tied to Social Security Disability. All together because it's all tax free Im compensated 6 figures with 3 separate healthcare's and zero co pay, plus lots of other benefits - like I do not pay property tax in Michigan and school and much more. So let's say I receive around $150k to $175k per year in compensation for injuries and illness. I am so afraid it's all going to fall apart I don't spend any currency or own a home or have any debt. I take all the currency and buy physical Gold and Silver. But my buddies, the guys and gals I served with spend like there's no tomorrow. 5,000 sq ft homes on 10 or 20 acres, fancy expensive cars, all kinds of toys like boats, dirt bikes, snow machines. Their houses are furnished very nicely, they go on cruises and spend in lavish vacations and have one divorce after another. I know what they make because they are the same as me - VA disability, Federal Disability Pensions tied to SSD and the same healthcare. But I'm scared the dollars are going to be worth way less, the benefits are going to be cut, the toys and cottages won't be able to be sold and under water. I sometimes wonder if I should just live the happy lifestyle they are before I die or save and protect myself incase it all does fall apart.

You have it so bad and grip so much It makes me puke with your stupidity. I can say this cause I’m a 100% Vietnam veteran agent orange, benifits ain’t worth what I had to kill to get them, and all the death I had to walk away from. Get real and try sharing the spoils!
@SootSootSootSooty6 ай бұрын
Why don’t you find a happy medium? Living in fear of everything being taken away is something every person could focus on and in the process, create for themselves a miserable life. We never know how many days we have left on the planet. If you died tomorrow in a freak accident, all your gold would be taken away from you anyway. My advice would be to spend money on getting yourself set up in your own home where you can live sustainably, not relying on the gov for anything. Then you’ll have the peace of mind that if your benefits were stopped for whatever reason, you can still feed yourself and have a roof over your head. Spend a 1/3 of what you have on a home (and say 10 yrs worth set aside for house related expenses like council taxes, etc), a 1/3 on provisions, tools, animals, tech to equip your home so it can run off grid and things to survive long term in a SHTF scenario, and allocate a 1/3 to investments. If you get yourself set up so that long term you can support yourself /survive off the grid, in your own home, this will alleviate a lot of anxiety about benefits being withdrawn as ultimately, no matter what happens, you’ll be fine. Then in the short/med term, use the returns on your investment money on a toy for yourself, if that’s what floats your boat. True happiness doesn’t come from material possessions anyway. Peace of mind comes from knowing you’ll be able to take care of yourself, without any help, should it come to that. Purely my two cents. But worrying about what you could lose tomorrow is no way to live happily today.
