Life makes righteousness so hard; we try & we fail so miserably; thank you God for your mercy; I’ve had to learn to live with constant pain & sometimes I feel like it’s the results of my life sins but it’s not because that’s not how our Lord does things; he’s just & never petty; he’s fair & pure love I only wish I could achieve. Pain is from sin; all our apostles endured and only through Jesus and the good news; we all wish we could run like we could at 12 and be as strong as we were at 25 & if we have true faith we’ll be not only sin free but pain free some day 🙏🏻✝️

Peter has got to be one of my favorite saints, because he was all too human! I feel encouraged by reading of his brashness, his denial of Jesus, and through it all, Jesus loved and believed in him. By the way, can you tell me from what movie or TV show did you get the clips of Jesus and Peter? I ask this because I've seen the same actor playing Jesus from other KZbin videos. Jesus and Peter looked authentically Middle Eastern. The actor playing Jesus brought His great compassion alive.

Growing up fishing and LOVING it It really really really is so clear the messages depicted with fish and bait. Ecc 9:12 As fish are caught in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them.

I love Peter. I can relate to him. He's brought me closer to God. He is STILL a fisherman of men. I can't help point out, however, he was there when Jesus filled his nets, walked on water, and was risen from death. If you don't believe after witnessing that, crikey !!! It’s hard for me to believe that wood would survive so in tact 2000 years under mud and water. I think about what wood found under mud looks like after maybe 10-15 years only, and it’s brittle and holds no shape.
