Sunt foarte multe postări cu locuri pline de mizerie, case lăsate în paragină, case părăsite, case ale bunicilor in care nimeni nu a dat cu o matura ani de zile că sa nu spun de murdaria adunată . Eu mă mir cum este posibil ? Și eu locuiesc la tara , am peste 2000 metri pătrați de livada, gradina de legume și flori, casa destul de mare ...și sunt o persoana trecută de 70 de ani , așa cum sunt multi dintre vecinii mei . Dar totul este impecabil ! Gunoiul menajer se ridică din recipientele puse la poarta și se face săptămânal iar separat se pune materialul plastic cu hârtia . De ce spun toate astea ? Că numai cine este cu adevărat un om delăsător, puturos și căruia îi place să trăiască între munți de gunoaie , poate lăsa o proprietate în halul în care vad mereu in aceste postări. Avem legi care te amendează daca nu îți cureți de bălării, nu aduni gunoiul , nu întreții aspectul casei . Că sa nu mai spun că orice casa rămasă fără proprietar se va vinde imediat de către rudele celui care a avut - o și nu este lăsată în paragină . Cei care o cumpără , de regulă , dărâmă ruinele alea pline de putreziciune și își fac o casa noua cu toate utilitățile .Chiar daca ești o persoană în vârstă este de ajuns macar să îți propui să cureți cate o bucata mică zilnic . Tot ce este uscat poate fi ars . Se poate da cu ierbicid și bălăriile nu mai cresc haotic și vei reuși să îți menții curtea curata . La fel și în casa . Când vremea este urâtă afara ai timp sa debarasezi tot ce este stricat, vechi, mucegăit într-un cuvânt ..inutil . Concluzia mea și a celor că mine care ne îngrijim proprietățile fara ajutorul altora este că singura explicație a halului in care arata acele locații este dezinteresul și lenea !! M a făcut să râd că doar orfanii, șomerii , femei divorțate sau singure ..se apuca din sărăcie sa își repare fostele proprietăți . La noi totul se îngrijește , se păstrează sau se vinde după cum dorește fiecare familie și nu se lasă să ajungă ruina . Atunci când o familie investește niste bani pentru un teren , casa și impozite anuale pentru el , cum poți lăsa totul în ruină ? Chiar așa de " bogați "sunt aia de lasă totul sa se ruineze ? Pentru mine este ilogic ...
