In case anyone wondered, citronella candles are pretty much useless outdoors. I watched an online test of all of these mythical solutions, and none of them worked, lol. It would need a high concentration of the fumes to keep them away, and the candles can't do it. My trick is to use fly spray inside a tent (or apartment) then close the door for the evening. Then nip inside quick when I go to bed. A bright solar light away from a tent attracts them to it instead of me!

I just burn the spiral in the tent doorway. Seems to keep numbers down around the doorway. 👍🏽

Thanks very much. We had water from the reservoir. We washed dishes back at the camp away far away from the reservoir. We boiled water in the large Billy can and washed dishes in that. Great way to clean the dishes.

Thank you kindly. I’ve had the non stick 27 for around 15 years and it’s still as good as day one so would highly recommend. I’ve recently bought a 25 too and the Billy can for larger gatherings 🤣

Love the videos. Can I ask what tent you would recommend, I have a 2008 Triumph Sprint ST 1050 and have x 3 panniers. But I am not sure what tent to buy when I go camping.
