Medium format Test shoot ft. (Profoto A2, B10X & Hasselblad X2D)

Shooting Profoto strobes with the Hasselblad X2D 100c has been a long time coming for the channel. Very glad I got to do this shoot and even more happy that I get to share this with you!

I noticed you also used another lens in the video footage. Not sure if any of the images are shot with that but love to hear your thoughts in comparing the 80mm 1.9 lens with the new 90V. Seems like you prefer to shoot with the 90V?

Peter do you have an issue when using your hassy in a dark room with strobes? I find my sassy camera has a hard time finding the subject in dark unlike using my canon camera.....

Yes, the Hasselblad really struggles when it's dark. I recently did a test with continues lighting and it improves the auto focus performance a lot.

Can i ask what trigger are you using and if it work on ttl or non ttl on x2d Thank you

I'm using the profoto connect pro (non ttl). I do have a connect-N (Nikon TTL for Hasselblad) as well for quick TTL location shoots. I almost never use TTL honestly and I like the idea that the trigger works with any compatible camera I put it on so that's why I went with the non ttl version.
