Peter~ you totally deserve the ad revenue! Personally with the calming vids I don't like the ads, they are loud and obtrusive and ruin the experience. For fun drawing vids np. Also if you put the extra ad at the beginning if possible that works too. Just my humble opinion. Hope that helps. Best of luck in pursuing your education!

I can understand and appreciate your need for ads but also sympathize with your concerns about using them. Although I don't like ads in general I am perfectly fine with sitting through one or two if it supports your important work. I had an aside thought while listening to your evaluation. If you are worried about sullying the quality of your content with ads, what if you set aside an ad specific post that you updated periodically. That way no one can complain about you using ads in that specific post because it was posted specifically for that reason. Then you can leave your other videos untarnished and those of us who will support anyways, will always watch those videos even though its riddled with ads on purpose. Just a thought, if it works for you. Either way, happy drawing and congratulations on being employee of the month/year.

This Employee Evaluation was such a good idea that I copied it and got my dogs to interview me about my employment with them. Long story short, I've been sacked and my replacement (younger and bakes cookies) starts next week. Well, they say don't ask questions if you don't want to hear the answer :-)

Drawing is a continuous stream of learning rather then a string of individual performances... Love the accordion touch of your sketchbook emphasizing this, and that's important... Drawing without a nice sketchbook is like going hunting with an accordion... You scare yourself off.

your art, will oneday be absolutely priceless, I can look at the Mona Lisa for a few seconds and just say, "Oh okay that's pretty cool" but this... Millions od dollars does not even cut it. Do not fear your ads because you inspire all of us to do better in our own artwork and your voice is so increadibly calming and just... Congrats on going back to school and great idea incorporating it into the channel, would love that. (I did TAFE (Australia) at 64 and did Graphic Design and absolutely loved it.) Peter, I think for next years employee evaluation we are going to be adding a new question (or series of questions). One that touches more on your effect on the customer. Because, while this is an evaluation on your progress, I think it’s important to fully delve into what effect you’ve had on those your work touches. Because, we at the company, think your affect on your customers lives and art is, quite possibly, immeasurable But, we think you should consider that more. The value you’ve added to 700,000 customers’ lives. Just something we’d like you to consider going forward into your next year of employment.

14:26 Pushing on the bottom of your nose clamps on septum nerves which effect the rest of your nose which can sometimes alleviate a sneeze that is triggered by a tickle within ur nasal canal. So it’s actually a good method of preventing a sneeze.
