Dear Peter, well done. Does it ever happen that you change the clutch disc because the splines are no longer lubrificated and the teeth have worn out even if the clutch disk is still good?

shilau I have always changed the clutch, when clutch disc material is worn out.

Can you please tell me how many miles the car has on its back? Why do car manufactures rely just on that small amount of grease? It will dry up and splines will go nuts. BMW bikes (aircooled 2v and 4V) have the same issue.

shilau This Toyota was miles about 150 000 miles. And Toyota clutch is normally very light to use, not heavy even with small amount grease. When I lubricate the parts, then clutch is super light.
