Egypt '23 - Marsa Alam & Elphinstone - shark diving

One beautiful week in Egypt / Marsa Alam. We did several great dives on a new locations accessible only by boat and of course visited famous Elphinstone. It was first time for my wife, but the more intense was the experience since Longimanus sharks were slightly irritated by our group and were slightly more contact. One of them followed me on my way back to the boat. Generally, perfect vacation and thanks to diving.de for the dives!

The sharks are awesome! I’m surprised at all the floaty stuff in the water though, was it like that for most dives?

Nope, usually, the water is pretty clean and the visibility is huge. However, this time, the water met special temperature condition when the corals are cleaning themselves and this is the result...

Hey Alain, despite agreeing with you in general, I believe we are very responsible divers, caring about nature and not doing anything wrong at all. Having fun under water (and we're really having fun and enjoying our dives - we're not doing any staged "for the video" shots) should be part of everyone's underwater experience. Thanks for the comment anyway, it's always worth of reminding this to all divers.
