I forget who I got this info from, but he's a famous street photography, his settings were set to 1600 ISO TV MODE or AV depending if he wanted depth or movement and he shot 1fstop bracketing, He didn't care much for camera settings, he only cared for composition. These Settings got stuck with me for life.

I love this kind of creative lifestyle / Still Life photography . I'd love to see some of this kind of work shot adapting some of that wicked vintage glass you enjoyed shooting film, adapted to your digital tools. I just know you gotta have some sweet glass kicking around if not, KEH would likely be willing to hook you up, and you could likely strike up some kinda deal with an adapter manufacturer.
