Hey Pete When I first Apply power to S7-1200 plc I see the error light Nothing is load to the memory. do you know what can be the problem. One thing I did was I had Sundisk MC card I tried to use as MC could this cause a problem. I Removed it but still Error light indicator is still on

I would try going online to the PLC and open the Online & Diagnostics. Here you get an overview of the PLC and you can see which error is present and in the diagnostic buffer you can see more information about the reasons of the error. If you create an account at support.industry.siemens.com then the moderators can help you further.
