I'm not as petit as you are , but I feel that you helped me a lot going thru my closet and selecting what to wear to look slimmer and more confident - thank you! Greetings from Poland! Why you don't make videos teaching us to be stylish and prettier instead of " to look taller" ? I particularly like to be petite and I think we all should love ourselves to way we are... We don't have to be taller and slim to be accepted in society. We should value our bodies, our hight and instead of seeing ourselves as inferior figures. Thanks!

Love monochromatic and neutral colors. I also like the drop waist length on a jacket. On me it looks better than cropped. 3/4 sleeves avoids the problem of sleeves that are too long. I also like the skirt length jacket with a top and pants the same neutral color. At 5'3" 150 pounds, I loving my new smaller size after weight loss. It a good time to experiment. But...I live in Houston Texas and it's super hot weather. I'm sure you talk about summer clothes too but the weather is extremely hot and one layer is enough. Baggy is in for some. What do you think?

I am 5.1, yes, I am short, but although she has very good points, we want to have a model image and that is not the point, we are not models, but it seems that all races are not happy with their body type and face . In India, they are bleaching their faces to be whiter, Asians are doing eye surgeries to be rounder, short people want to be taller, there are contact eyes to change the color of these, paint their hair when there is gray. The average height for Japanese women is 5 feet 2 inches that is normal, in all Latin America it is almost the same. A beautiful personality is what makes you really different.

3/4 sleeves arent the best...you do want to push sleeves just past the skiniest part of your arm. You want to show off the wrists which are the smallest part of your arms and it is very attractive...same concept with slacks and pants and heels or flats. Showing off the ankles is most flattering. But of course it depends on the time of year and the look your going for

Wow! I cannot believe there is a petite woman channel! I’m 4’ 9”, and the tallest I’ve ever been was 4’ 10 1/2”. I cried when I was 18 after I realized I wasn’t going to get any taller. I’ve had to be careful with my clothes, and learned to sew at an early age, making my own patterns. 3/4 sleeves are a Godsend! And, just make sure your long sleeves are hemmed to the right length, or you look unkempt. I’m so excited that there’s a channel for us! Thank you!

I think its hard for shorter people as tallness is such a celebrated feature. I’m 5’4” and was the shortest in my family. My brother was very tall as were some cousins and I used to get so sick of all the adults raving about their height when they’d visit. They all became quite confident arrogant people. My brother’s children are even taller so we never stop hearing about that either, while my daughter is petite at around 5’1”. Not only do we have to deal with their superiority complex but we also have to put a lot more work & money into our own clothing, hemming & tailoring outfits etc. I have told my daughter there is no way around it, we just have to accept if you want your clothes to look good, you have to accept the fact we need to put in more time, effort & money than a taller person. (And thankfully channels like this one in particular really help in all those areas).

@@universaltruth2025 I think it’s all about confidence! I used to teach high school, and even the 6’ 6” students listened to me because of my voice. My daughter is also 5’1”, and a bulldog in sales! However, many times I was not taken seriously! I remember standing in line and the people behind the counter kept passing me by! I was so mad! Also, people try to take advantage of you, as well.

I wrote to you recently on a different video and asked questions. You still have not replied. I mentioned that I am s senior citizen and said as a woman my age, I do not wear pointed toe shoes (you recommended) and I do not wear heels at all. I do not have a car and walk to bus stops and have to stand at some bus stops where I need to go, VERY uncomfortable to wear any point toe shoes or heels. I can wear low wedgy or low platform tennis shoes. I also do not wear shorts that come above the knees. I do wear capri's or pedal pushers in the hotter weather. I wish you would sometmes include styles for senior women who are short, under 5'2" retired and don't go to work anymore so don't need styles for work. Please don't forget about us......

i am coming back and learning so much. Love the 3/4 sleeve! It does work! That is the best tip- I did not know that is why I like how they look so good! I have so many long sweater coats & love them but loving the duster length. I am going for longer coat, and I rock the shorter jacket always thank you for the bottom choice to make it look bettter. Buying the nude color shoes or in summer I found some that are clear mules and they will work. Others will work for me too. I love how you show how and why the choices work so much better. Thank You! Square toe dont work for me either. I do like pointy toe shoes if you pick the right ones. I got leather from 9 west. I think pairing them like you showed. I am a dress girl and always wear tights. Now i know how to wear my over the knee boots I have. Thank You! I have ankle boots yes they are challenging so I loved your tip and I like to match them to jeans and got compliments on them! Now I know why. Thank You. I like to go in closet and try different combinations you are helping me so much to not have to spend so much time trying to make the challenging items really rock! Wow! I really appreciate your tips. They look so current and classy and not dowdy. I am so happy to see the size print on your top as I thought to get sleeve length I did buy some same size prints and I found a couple ways to make them work but I like how you really look so amazing in that top in this video. I am binge watching your videos today! I am learning so so much.
