I have stage 4 lung cancer. I have symptoms of dry cough for over two months. My primary physician was not concerned. He thought it’s a residual cough from a cold. I was prescribed with asthma inhaler. I used it for 30 days and my dry cough only got worse. Then I started having back shoulder pain. I thought it’s because I played tennis with my son recently. I haven’t played for many years. So I thought I must pulled a muscle. But the pain was not affected by swimming or other exercise. The pain became persistent and severe, my fingers started feeling numb. Then I had X-ray, CT scan of my chest , and also cervical spine MRI. By the time of diagnose, my lung cancer already spread to bone and brain.

Ohmigoodness me. So very sorry. My husband has several of these symptoms he went to the doctor and said perhaps he needs a massage. wtf 😳… these doctors look to slough off genuine concerns very easily without taking them seriously - so now he has to go back but I know he’s afraid and says oh maybe I should take that quack’s advise rather than press for a chest x-ray etc. but I am terribly sorry I hope you’re doing okay.
