Have you tried to remove and then add it back to the account? As of now our usual problem is auto dumping😑 it dumps all of the sand to the bin. We just reset it, but still happens from time to time.

You can take the whole ball off and wash it with water. Maybe using a hose and a brush.☺️

Hi, have you tried resetting the device? or on the Tuya app, select the litter box, tap "more" and set the "shovel excrement delay". also check if the "do not disturb" mode is on, you should turn it off.

Hello, sorry if it took so long. It works well. And I’m never going back to scooping it manually. Its very easy to use and troubleshoot. The mess are may cats taking a few sand in their foot and bringing them out(unintentionally ofcourse)😂 but this machine is a blessing for me and my 12 cats.

Hi, there are instances where a clumped urine falls out while its rotating. But thats rare and we have a lot of cats that uses it. Though its already clumped with the sand and not that messy.

Turn the power on/off with the app is not possible. The only way to turn it off if physicallt pulling off the plug.. or maybe you can plug it in a smart plug to control that too.. You can manually “shovel” it by app. The smell depends on how often you let the ball turn/shovel as it is called. Also depends on the sand you use. As for my experience, I estimate the odor to improve by 90%. Since im too lazy or busy to scoop a few times a day like this robot does.. For 12 cats its very high in plastic bag consumption(1bag per day) so I opted to use a small sized garbage bag and it works, and its much cheaper than the prescribed plastic.

It automatically rotates/cleans. You can set a time interval to let the sand harden first. For us, I set it to 15mins after the cat used it. You can also manually trigger it to work by pressing the button.

Hi, just avoid having the sand at a very low level, although this happens to me as well, the silicone is thick, and so far is not damaged by their claws.

do you have any larger cats? i have three, one with small frame but looks like basketball. the other two are about 18-20 lbs each. but i saw that two of your cats occupied the space and did not seem squished. would you recommend for larger cats? Thank you!

I have a large male that I rescued, but not too fat like a basketball though. 😂He fits just fine using this. I thinks its okay for rounded cats but take note of his mobility if he can climb a height same as one flight of stair. If not, maybe you can improvise a step stool so they don’t have a hard time reaching the opening.

yes but you have to press the button to shovel. but you can set it up once with internet to set up the auto shovel time, then it will work even if you remove the internet connection after set up.

@@NelleGomez after 2 months of using this, 2 things that needs improvement is how the sensor is inconsistent. sometimes it will stop even if no cat is nearby because of the moving poop inside. not a big deal but it makes every cycle longer because of this. it happens very inconsistently. and 2nd issue you might want to teach others is there are very rare times where the poop will fall out of the entrance hole on the sides after a cycle. it happened 2 times already maybe when the pet poops near the entrance and it sometimes will slide out when spinning and cause a mess.. a quick workaround is to buy one of those washing machine leg stand raiser. i put them on both front feet to raise it just a slight bit up. not too much where the litter will slide back. but just enough to not cause poop to slide out when cycling. hope that helps

Do you have wifi with internet? Open your bluetooth. Or try restarting the litter.

Hi, we use scoop away. Just dont let the sand get in a very low level so that the pee and poo wont directly land on the silicone.. The crystal type is not recommended.

Hello, since its rounded, when they pee on the edge, it slides down the sand. As for the rotation, with the app, you can set the interval of cleaning after it detects usage. I set mine to 15mins after use, so that the sand is well clumped after. For soft poos, they tend to be a bit messy inside the ball. But with the 15 minute I set, its enough for it to settle. It still needs to be thoroughly cleaned if it happens and if it smells bad enough for you. That is a rare case, just when a cat gets sick or something. I hope this answers your question.

Hi, kahit pumasok lang ang cat, basta may na detect siya sa loob, inaassume nya na gumamit yun. So ma ttrigger talaga ang clean up.☺️

Hi, in our case, yes. It minimized the odor because the clumps is removed almost immediately. But you should change the bottom drawer once it is full. To avoid smelling.

Have you tried connecting your phone to the wifi first before adding the device? Btw, Do you use Tuya? We had problems like that after a year. Usually when the weather is too hot i think, it disconnects by itself. We plug it off for some time, then plug in again and connect.

Hi, yes po gumagana parin naman. Napansin lang namin like ngayon sobrang init, dahil may cat room na sila and hindi naka AC, may mga time na nagloloko siya. Nag hahang and nag dudump ng litter😭 so sa ganitong mga season, mahirap siya iwanan ng matagal kung mag babakasyon. Or mag iwan kayo ng back up litterbox para sure.

Yes, No need for screw drivers and the like, you just need to lift stuff up. But if you have a small dwelling (like me) It will be a struggle to move the big pieces around, specially in the bathroom. But I'd take that once in a while hassle than the previous-manual-daily-poop-scoop.

Game changer po. ☺️ I live in a condo style apartment. So naiipon ang baho sa ordinary litter box. Ngayon hindi na mabaho bahay ko😅 and nakapag overnight vacation na rin ako kasi sa 12 cats ko 24hrs something bago mapuno yung bin.. so if mas konti pusa, mas matagal pa bago mapuno, so you can take longer vacations pag ganun.

Sorry I haven’t tried it yet with the machine. Is this the flushable tofu kind? If it is, I think it wont be suitable because the flushable kind doesn’t clump as hard.
