Excellent. I played this piece with ,my youth symphony band some years ago. Though in our version, the scherzo wasn't that fast, maybe because we weren't skilled enough to do so at that speed. Nevertheless, thank you for sharing. This brings back a lot of memories.

This piece is one of my favorite for wind bands. Can you please post some of his other symphonies? I've sadly not been able to find them anywhere.

Where did the American orchestration come from in Soviet Union?! Of course this is the author's version.

PetrovFed Col. Louis Bourgeois edited the piece right around the time the USSR collapsed.
