Feral (Fer.al) is a brand new game that will be released by WildWorks (the same people who made Animal Jam) in the near future. Today I discuss the idea of having pets in feral! I think WildWorks might be hinting at us of the idea of owning / buying pets through their quests. Idk, what do you guys think? Comment down below your ideas! Do you want pets in Feral? If so, what type of Feral pets would you like to see?
How was I accepted?
On December 17th, WildWorks emailed me saying I could login with my email and I was super excited to finally beta test the game! It was released for Jambassadors and also for around 100 - 200 people at that time. It's currently in a limited early access at the moment, but soon it will be in an open beta test. 3:05 Theory: You know those animal jam alphas? In the logo of the game, there’s an animal that looks exactly like that. My theory is that that’s a Feral alpha, and I don’t know it’s purpose, but I’m interested in it’s lore. I suppose the alpha sells pets? Maybe she likes pets? Maybe both? Maybe “Hoia” is its name? Not sure.

I'm sorry but I don't want Feral to have pets. I just don't think they'd fit in well with Feral. Pets fit in well with games like AJ, not Feral. There's no need to add pets.

I'm not sure about this conspiracy theory but maybe the newest animal jam alpha the arctic wolf is part of the feral thing maybe feral is animal jam way back then and arctic wolf alpha is like one of the mid time alphas like in between the times of feral and the times of AJ basically what I'm saying in that we're in AJ from the past, but that's just a conspiracy theory, you think what you want :)

Pug, your videos are always amazing! I don't know how people can dislike your videos. What I would like to see in Feral is some sort of mail systems, like Jam-a-grams, where you can mail people and gift items. It would be very helpful for KZbinrs to connect with their fans, and to people if they are looking for an item and stumble across a generous person. Your videos are always helpful and I always laugh at least twice :3.

I think pets u would probably have to pay irl money (maybe not who knows) but they would assist u with collecting materials and u need to feed and wash them so they have energy to collect materials. And when they are tried they can sit on your back

It made me think pets were confirmed for feral, and not just maybe hinted at. I would've gone with something more like "will pets be in feral?" or "hints for future pets?". Adding pets? I had a idea when you have a pet in feral. Each pet will have a different level meaning it can help you for those level there are at. like helping complete those adventure if that's what you call em. Or whatever I think a good little helper would be nice in feral.

Perhaps if they do add pets, then the rarer ones/exotic pets could have a mechanic where you have to tame them. I think sorta like you have to feed them(or something) in order to make them like you.

I think it would be cool if you could earn pets. I have explained my concept in your discord: But... I would love if you could get an item from a mysterious shop vendor after completing a number of quests from them. You then can take 25 of any material to the mysterious vendor and they can offer to work their magic. They then ask you a series of questions as you watch your pet take shape. The questions would decide what animal the material would shape into. These pets would have a love of the item they are made of and will be helpful in obtaining even more of said item. As well as different pets offering different perks for bringing them to certain areas and along for certain quests.
