Be aware: We bought a Petsafe Staywell Pet door Our cat will only use it if we hold it open On checking the video the dog is not shown pushing the flap open but coming through an opened door

Is this door air-tight? I mean, if the wind blows, does it let the cold air come in the house? Or does it have like magnetic flaps?
