Today's music is simply a perfection!!! This sounds like a real evolution which human race desperately needed! -You don't need lyrics -You don't need to read music sheets -You don't have to sing -You don't need to know how to play any musical instrument, you just let samples do it -No tedious years of practicing a musical instrument to perfection -No worry about missing a note or a beat, electronics cover you (as if this audience would even notice) -No exhaustion for performer -audience gets exhausted by jumping around And what is the most important, no deep surrender into mastering a musical piece which was the main thrill in experiencing the artist on stage. I'm so happy we don't have any of this anymore, so we can have pure fun and so much more meaning in our lives! I remember days when we had this kind of music only in cheap amusements parks. Now we have festivals! Long live the new millenium! When is the next jumping session? Please keep me posted.

You can always listen to complicated pieces with real physical instruments where artists have to master their crafts for decades. I like both worlds, and they can exist next to each other in harmony. Neither of them is better or worse. They are different and this is fine. I hope you'll have a chance to experience one of these jumping sessions one day and you will like it.

If you don't like the music, fine, but there is no need to belittle it with your sarcastic tones. The producers of this music have mastered their art, it's taken them years to perfect. The DJs have also mastered the art of DJing, yes computers are used more so than before but it still takes a talent. Music transcends the body, mind and soul, and this perfectly does that. Maybe the creation/production of this music isn't on the level as those from a classical background, but it is still music that has been composed and produced skillfully to create a sound that affects people. Most pop songs are only played with 4 chord progressions and a lot of older iconic bands never truly learnt to play their instruments. The Beatles could either read or write conventional musical notation! Anyway your mockery and snobbery gives you an air of superiority which is completely misplaced. These festivals and this music brings people together. No drunken fighting, no egos, just fun. Surely that's a good thing?!
