My ex of 2 years cheated on me left and right and I still took him back cuz I loved him with everything I had.. in may 2017 I found out I was 10 weeks pregnant.. in January I gave birth to our beautiful baby boy but literally the day after I found out he got another girl pregnant. She was 3 months when I found out.. i still tried to be with him and kept finding out he was with other girls while i was pregnant and even after our son was born.. This shit really do hurt when you tried your best for someone and in the end they tell you it ain’t enough. Especially when you done cried your eyes out every night asking for the bare minimum and begging for him to just love you the same way you do. To have him tell you that no matter how hard you try you’ll never be enough. To feel like shit just because he treated you so bad that you had to vent to somebody only to have him threaten to end the relationship if you keep venting. To have him claim you ruining his reputation when all you did was need a shoulder to cry on cause he couldn’t BE that person and take everything you have away from you. This shit hurts. When you was willing to drop everything for him but he can’t do the same. When he acts like he was the only one hurt but you were hurt 10x more than that. When he acts like it’s okay for him to act out cause you just needed him to understand that what he was doing was hurting you. When he blames you that the reason why you’re hurt is cause you caused it. When you’re up late at night alone cause you cut everyone off for his sake. When you dropped all your hobbies for him because he claimed you was cheating if you had time on your own. When he literally turned you into the insecure possessive girlfriend that you hated so much all cause he got so much leverage over you & wanna use that fact against you to say that he can’t be with you cause you insecure.. you made me this way. You manipulated me into thinking I wasn’t worth it for anyone else and that I didn’t deserve any other type of love than the one you were giving me no matter how much it hurt. You made me think that any girl can come and sweep you off your feet. You made me think that I was never gonna be good enough if I didn’t dress the same way, like the same shit, or had different opinions than you. And now you say you need space and balance? I gave you that and you accused me of not caring enough. Not loving enough. Giving my attention elsewhere and not doing enough for you. So now that I give you all my time and effort.. I’m the one who can’t let you breathe. This is bullshit man.. all the shit I let go and the personality I lost for you doesn’t even compare to the “reputation” you claim you lost because you were literally manipulative and emotionally abusive towards me. I NEEDED someone to know how I felt and you took it away all because you didn’t want nobody seeing you different. I kept thinking that maybe it’s because I am your longest relationship that you don’t know how it works. I kept thinking maybe you just gotta get used to the fact that couples get into arguments but they forgive one another and move on.. I keep thinking that you was gonna eventually understand that I’m only insecure and clingy cause I love you and wanna prove you wrong about all the shit you accused me of.. I kept thinking that. I loved him so much, we were together two years. He lost interest in me, slower replies to my text, never asked how my day was, sometimes spoke to me after months of absence but I never let go because I felt like I wasn't gonna get any better. Then I met this guy, he was perfect to me, made me feel special, was always there for me. Then I found out he had a girlfriend and he was having problems. He told me he'd break up with his girlfriend for me and I had to break up with my boyfriend for him, so I did it. I felt like my life was getting better by the day, it was going so well until I found out he never broke up with his girlfriend, I was so stupid to think any guy could ever put me first. I was so broken, I started to cry every night over a guy who was too greedy and had to have two girls at one time!? Over a guy who said I was pathetic for crying over a man I was with for two years, over a man who said I was only good for one thing and claimed no man will ever love me. Although I was so hurt by this experience, I learned such an important lesson and I want to warn other girls/boys that if you ever experienced any abuse in a relationship, physical, verbally, ect, or ever feel like they've lost interest in you, LET THEM GO. It will only cause more pain in the long run if you hold on. You may hurt at the moment but eventually that hurt will be gone and they're be the one hurting over you because they know they'll never get someone who loved them as much as you. Just Always know your worth and never think that you are not good enough, because I promise you, you are. ❤
