Darcy is equally talented because she is Petunia and Petunia is Darcy. You simply can not have one without the other so Darcy must not leave Petunia for opera but go into it together and bring the house down! If she were to split the adoring fans would be besides themselves in grief with nobody to adore. Given time Petunia might retire from opera and allow Darcy to soar to new heights. Talent is vital but how you find your way to the top is just as important. Leontine Price was a world class opera singer but she was not known world wide until her first night at the Met in New York where she sang opposite a famous Italian opera singer. At the end of the performance she brought the house down with a world record standing ovation which lasted more than half an hour! She was on her way to the world.
