Petzl CORE Rechargeable battery for TIKKA² Headlamps

I can't open the battery compartment.This video doesn't show how. Neither does the package insert. Other videos don't help either.

I have three petzl .core batteries brand new. One of them will charge to green light but when you put it in the headlamp, it won’t light. If you return it in the charger, it now shows red( charging). Imagine my surprise when I was doing an emergency roadside repair and my light quit. Oh well say I, Ihave a spare in my truck. Shows green on charger. No light. Thank goodness my friend had some AA batteries in his car. $30 battery!

Jon speaks with confidence regarding the positive environmental impact this has to offer...however...the rechargeable battery did not fit in properly or work in any combination of attempts to secure it in place. After charging for nearly the entire day...it finally lit green...however it did not work. Triple AAA Batteries work well...but the rechargeable portion of this failed for me...so it's pointless to pay the $60 price tag. 300 lumens is not very bright as well. There are no instructions as to how to put in the rechargeable battery in. I bought the PETZL CORE hybrid 300...I'm returning it.

Just show how to open then battery compartments your included instructions are terrible
