The Peugeot 205, it's a rare car nowadays so my heart ❤️ would say save it, but my head would take into account the costs involved & the availability of the parts needed for the repair.

That's my son's 205, the insurance company didn't even give him the chance to get his stuff out of the car before it was moved from the recovery yard to Poole.

Hi Jason, I'm sure his belongs would of been bagged up and ready to be returned to you, contact your insurance company and I'm sure they will arrange postage with Trents 👍

@@KevTee thanks I check with him. The actual mileage was lower than indicated as the odo started to add miles when he pressed the reset push button. Something my 309 did back in the day. If someone does try and save it I am sure we still have keys and all the history and spare doors lol

205's a tricky one, was the door not shutting because the pillar's shifted or was it just a sticky latch? If the pillar's shifted, probably not quite worth jigging it up.
