i will start with "Great Job Peugeot". i've driven the GT diesel for a week. Avis has them for rent (in istanbul). Well i am impressed in what Peugeot has equipped this 5008. This car has everything, i mean everything . i love it

I really like this. The interior looks amazing just the steering wheel looks a tiny bit too small? I like the design of the exterior too. Great reviewer with quick, simplified talking which is to the point :) well done!

In Europe Allure isn’t standard, there is actually one more behind it called ‘Active’. Euro spec cars with a 1.2 Turbo Petrol, 1.5 Diesel, 1.6 Petrol, 2.0 Diesel and you can choose the engines on any type of spec unlike Australia

You got that wrong in France the Peugeot brand is seen as a BMW Audi VW Mercedes competitor, this man needs to do his research better. Citreon Opel Vauxhall are your ford holden competitors. So please do your home ever since 508 and new 308 Peugeot have been working on bringing there brand up and a good job they have done in left-hand drive markets where fit and finish interior and extetior is great in France and other eu market you get grey open pour wood trim etc. But when it come to right-hand drive model the fit and finish on the interior and the choice of the interior trim is poor and slightly down market. No modern wood trim but it the finish of the plastic on the centre console area that disappointing.

All letdown by pissweak engines. It should have at least 170kw.

THEAC83 its got 180bhp and 272lb ft of torque, its also pretty light, not much over 1400kg so it does go very well, beats similar models which are considerably heavier and have more bhp and less economical to boot.

Why? Have you driven one? I wasn’t disappointed at all by the performance when I drove one. This car weighs around 400 kg or 30% less than your typical Holden Commodore (VE model, you know, the Strayan ones), and has a engine with around 10% more torque. Yes, it has less power but is simply because the Commodore has a petrol engine and can rev faster (as Engine Power [kW] = Torque [kW] x RPM / 9.5488) I’m also not sure sure that people buying one of these would choose engine performance over safety, comfort and fuel economy.
