Dylan O’Brien deserved this role tbh he fits the young Nathan Drake 10 times better than Tom especially with how the Mazer Runner films were very similar action adventures. Edit: saw the film and it was entertaining but not good. Tom did better then expected but its not a movie id watch for the story but more just to watch when bored. TLDR its mid

movies are just a worse form of media games allow you to spend more time on characters and emotion without losing peoples engagement cause your playing the game not just watching. movies have to cram loads of emotion and story into a 2 hour period while keeping you engaged i think uncharted wouldve been great if they changed the name so people wouldn't compare it to uncharted cause its just not a fair comparison

My problem is they keep saying it's a prequel but their replicating alot of scenes with the game all 3 of them just like the plane scene if you compare them they are almost the same but that plane scene didn't happen until uncharted 3 and if this was a prequel sully still didn't look this young when they first met mark dosent even have the accent of sully I want this to be a good movie but damn I'm gonna wait for reviews
