Practice your basketball dribbling and ball handling with Coach Smith! Coach is a former Lady Bear and spent hours learning her dribbling skills. Follow along to practice everything from right and left hand dribble, to crossover and spider drill. Skills progressively get more difficult, but also have a lot of practice time on simple left/right dribble. It's important to continue to focus on basic skills, but also gives beginners a feeling of success.
