Dear sisters and brothers of Asia. I am Cuban born. I am multi ethnic. I identify as African American.❤❤I understand very well your experiences. It’s very tough navigating this country as a non white person. Imagine also having dark skin. The oppressive system of white supremacy permeates all levels of society. In fact the country is structured to always benefit white peoples most. Colorism is a tool of oppression and control. Divide and conquer. Only uniting as a society we can hope to achieve and prosper. The ruling elites benefit from our collective disengagement and mistrust. Uniting we can overcome. Only unity is the best form to win. Unity is another word for ❤️ love.

I wish the video included clips from successful South Asian/ Indian Americans, not just a Sikh representative. Next to Chinese Indian Americans is the largest group with better fluency in English.
