My technique for beading around a core bead to create a "beaded bead" using peyote stitch and three sizes of seed beads. Core beads are usually wooden, but I used a crude handmade polymer clay bead. It's huge.

cccseven7 no--TC passed away last year. It was very abrupt and sudden. I've talked with her son and he said she kept everything about her health a secret, so nobody really knows what her cause of death is. It's a very sad story. She had such a gift. I'm so glad her channel is still up so I can listen to her voice once in a while.

I am just finding her videos now... she has helped me out learning how to expand my knowledge of beading. I hope her spirit is still making jokes and laughing in the sky world. Rip @DanielleWalkerqueenbeejewels

...It is not about the quality of the video...for me it's about finding my own inspirations by watching your videos is priceless...It's about the techniques and one can apply it to totally something new and different. ...Thank you for sharing your passion with all of us!

It took a few times of replaying your video until I realized the sound was on it. I'm going to try this because I want to make a beaded tassel with a bead-covered wood bead on top and I don't want to glue them on like some other videos show to do. Thanks for uploading it,

Crap. I thought my smoke alarm had died. I'm sitting a few feet away from it. Great video.

I think Sara (BeadsFriends) has one using all 11/0's, but its been a long time since I first watched that particular video. She covered the core bead in two parts, as I recall. I think the trick is using increasing stitches instead of decreasing, and in two parts which connect in the middle of the core bead. I haven't done a beaded bead in a long long time!

Maybe I can attach a video. It will be a while because I have other things to do first, but it is a great idea and I am definitely going to try it. Thanks.

She's got one using 15/0's and its really clear and cleaver. Here: LYk5yEGQ_sc It's in two parts. You can probably adapt it to 11/0 beads using a larger core bead, maybe a 16mm.

hi Teresa I'd like to ask if you have seen a video that does this type of bead work but with the same size beads. you know if a person use size 11/0 and decrease without using large to smaller seed beads. thank you because i'm sort of confused with that type of bead work. how can it be decreased using same seed bead of one size and having it look so perfect. i have searched and no luck. ty have a great week, Teresa.

@RHarperMc Meh, thanks but no thanks. I don't think this video is adequate in quality for payment. I wouldn't feel right charging for something I wouldn't buy myself, ya'know? The bead took less than two hours to complete (not counting the time it took to make clay core bead)
